Terms and Conditions for CEO Locator Affiliates

Introduction
Welcome to International HAUS of Branding (formerly Boss Brand Marketing) CEO Locator Affiliate Marketing Program ("Program"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program as an independent contractor ("Affiliate") and outline the terms of our relationship with you.

Affiliate Status
2.1 By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of International HAUS of Branding for the CEO Locator. As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for managing your own business operations, including but not limited to taxation, compliance with applicable laws, and maintaining appropriate records.
2.2 Affiliates are not entitled to employee benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, retirement benefits, or paid leave.

Obligations of International HAUS of Branding as the Operators of the CEO Locator
3.1 International HAUS of Branding shall provide Affiliates with a Form 1099-MISC for tax reporting purposes if Affiliates meet the IRS threshold requirements.
3.2 CEO Locator shall provide Affiliates with access to necessary marketing materials and support to facilitate the promotion of CEO Locator's services.

Commission Structure
4.1 Affiliates shall earn a commission of 20% of the total revenue generated from each paid referral, excluding any taxes, fees, or refunds.
4.2 Commissions shall be calculated based on the net revenue received by Boss Brand Marketing from the referred client's purchase of an annual membership to THE CEO LOCATOR only.

Bonus Payouts
5.1 Affiliates who refer 10 or more paid clients in a calendar month will qualify for a one-time bonus payout of $150.
5.2 Bonus payouts are capped at $350 for 20 or more referrals per calendar month.

Elite Status Promotion
6.1 Affiliates who refer 30 or more paid clients in a calendar month will be eligible for promotion to Elite Status.
6.2 Elite Status Affiliates shall receive an increased commission rate of 30% for all subsequent referred clients, effective from the following calendar month.

Payout Schedule
7.1 There will be a 30-day holding period before Affiliates are eligible to receive their first commission payout.
7.2 Subsequent commission payouts shall be made on the 15th of each calendar month for the previous month's eligible referrals.

Payment Methods
8.1 Affiliates are required to provide accurate payment information, including but not limited to PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo account details, to facilitate commission payouts.
8.2 International HAUS of Branding shall not be responsible for any delays or errors in commission payouts resulting from inaccurate payment information provided by Affiliates.

Program Scope
9, International HAUS of Branding "CEO Locator Affiliate Marketing Program" is for referrals to the CEO in the City Global Business Map and Directory ONLY. Referrals to other services or products provided by Boss Brand Marketing are not eligible for commission or bonus payouts.

Modification of Terms
10.1 International HAUS of Branding reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, including commission and coupon rates..
10.2 Affiliates will be notified of any changes to the Terms, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination
11.1 International HAUS of Branding reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate..
11.2 Upon termination, Affiliates shall cease all marketing activities related to CEO Locator and shall not be entitled to any further commission or bonus payouts.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
