These terms and conditions govern the use of the business directory service ("Service") provided by International HAUS of branding to businesses and individuals ("Client"). I understand that the fee associated with the listing is non-refundable once listing has been processed and that I must adhere to the following:

The Service includes the listing of the Client's business in the Company's online business directory. The listing may include the Client's business name, address, phone number, website link, and other relevant details as agreed upon between the Company and the Client.
3. Listing Placement
The Company reserves the right to determine the placement and positioning of the Client's listing within the business directory, including but not limited to featured placements, categories, and search results.
4. Listing Content
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for their business listing. The Company reserves the right to edit or remove any content that is deemed inappropriate, inaccurate, or violates any laws or regulations.
5. Fees and Payments
The Client agrees to pay the fees associated with the selected listing option as outlined in the Company's pricing structure. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon between the Company and the Client.
6. Term and Termination
The term of the Service shall commence upon the acceptance of these terms and conditions and shall continue for the duration specified in the selected listing package. Either party may terminate the Service with prior written notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Client grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Client's business name, logo, and other related materials for the purpose of promoting the Service and the business directory.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.
9. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the Client's use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in State of Florida.
11. Modification
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The Client's continued use of the Service after any such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
12. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
