Participants should be comfortable with extended periods of walking, navigating through crowds, and covering substantial distances during tours and sightseeing activities.

YES a valid passport is required to travel to the UK with at least six months remaining before expiry. American Passport holders only require a passport. All other travelers with passports issued from other countries will need to do additional research as to any further documentation or steps that may need to be taken. A "Direct Flight" means the same plane and flight number is going from your origin to your destination but it might stop along the way. A "Connecting Flight" means you have to change planes. Our team will fly out of Orlando International Airport on Wednesday October 15, 2025 (time and flight to be confirmed). If you wish to fly with us from Orlando at the same time you will be more than welcome. If it is easier for you to fly direct to London from another City/State you are in, that is no problem. Once you arrive in London at Heathrow Airport on the morning of October 16th, we will be there to meet and greet you.

Please note that this trip is not insured by our organization, and any travel insurance arrangements are the sole responsibility of each traveler. Refunds are available only as specified in our "Refund/Cancellation" Policy. We strongly encourage all travelers to secure comprehensive international travel insurance to address potential medical or health needs that may arise during the trip. Affordable options are available, with coverage often starting at around $50. Some personal health insurance policies may include international travel coverage, so please review your own policy for details. For added protection, we also recommend that travelers also secure insurance on their flights, as cancellations, delays, or missed flights can incur additional expenses.

Cancellation and Refund Policy In the unlikely event that we must cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, unexpected events, or natural disasters, we will provide a full reimbursement. Our group rates are the basis for our pricing and discounts; however, individual cancellations may affect the rates for other participants. so, as such the following Cancellation/Refund policy applies: Payments Received in Full: Cancellation Fee: The $250 per person is non-refundable Cancellations before May 1, 2025: Full refund of payments received, minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations after May 1, 2025: A 50% cancellation fee will apply, deducted before any funds are returned. Processing of refunds may take up to 2 weeks. Cancellations within 90 days of departure: NO refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Monthly Payment Plan: Deposit: The deposit amount paid is non-refundable Cancellations before May 1, 2025: Full refund of payments received, minus the deposit. Cancellations after May 1, 2025: A 50% cancellation fee will apply, deducted before any funds are returned. Processing of refunds may take up to 2 weeks. Cancellations within 90 days of departure: NO refunds will be provided. Failure to Make Monthly Payments: Missed Payments: If you miss a scheduled monthly payment, we will provide a 7-day grace period to bring your account up to date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking. Reinstatement: To reinstate a canceled booking due to missed payments, you may be required to pay a rebooking fee, and rates may be adjusted based on current pricing and availability.

Although separate beds in shared rooms can be requested, there are no guarantees they will be available, so you must be OK sharing a King Bed with the person you invited. If you do not wish to share. then the person you invited will need to register as solo traveler for the trip.

Only the excursions listed in the package as "included" are included which in the package. Optional tours can be purchased separately. Travelers are responsible for paying for their own meals and beverages during the trip. Hotel comes with breakfast included. Rest assured London has food for all tastes and budgets and your Uber app will work should you want a delivery. You will be provided with a list of popular tour spots that you can discover in your own time, plus options to join one of our scheduled tours.

Jet lag is a common but short-lived sleep problem you can get after traveling across more than two time zones.  For example 8PM EST in the USA is 1 AM in the UK. Jet lag can make you feel out of sorts due to an abrupt change in daylight patterns, and your body's internal clock or eating patterns. Symptoms can include exhaustion during the day, headaches and/or difficulty sleeping (insomnia) at night. As London is 5 hours ahead of the USA, your body will feel sluggish.  The key is to try and stay busy when you arrive and not to go to sleep  until that evening, so you can train your body to adjust to the new time zone.

There will be pre-scheduled ZOOM meetings, and a private Facebook travel group created where we will keep you updated and assist you as you plan for your BIG trip.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the trip or limit group activities should their behavior while in the UK be deemed disrespectful, threatening or harmful. As adults we are all responsible for our own actions and we trust that as CEOs everyone will remain courteous, respectful and professional. Should we be forced to remove a traveler based on these circumstances. we reserve the right to legally do so.
