Our team will fly out of Orlando International Airport on Wednesday October 16, 2024 (time and flight to be confirmed). If you wish to fly with us from Orlando at the same time you will be more than welcome. If it is easier for you to fly direct to London from another City/State you are in, that is no problem. Once you arrive in London at Heathrow Airport on the morning of October 17th, we will be there to meet you.

Although your trip will be insured to cover reimbursement in the event of an emergency or trip cancellation, we base our prices and discounts on group rates which can go up in the event of a person canceling causing extra steps and increased pricing for our guests. Below is breakdown of all you need to know PRIOR to booking your return flights from USA to London UK. DEPARTURE FLIGHT TO LONDON HEATHROW AIRPORT Departure Date: Weds October 16, 2024 (overnight flight from USA) to arrive Thursday October 17, 2024 (in London, UK) no later than 10AM. RETURN FLIGHT TO ORIGIN DESTINATION IN USA Return Date: Tuesday, October 22, 2024 (choose a morning flight out) ADDITIONAL FLIGHT INFO: - Flight time from USA to UK is anywhere from 9-10 hours on a Non-Stop flight and 14+ hours on a connecting flight. The layover time between connecting flights and number of connections determine your overall travel time. - Try to purchase flights that have no more than 1 connection if you choose a connecting flight plan. Aim for a layover time no shorter than 2.5 hours (to give grace in case of flight delays between connections) and no longer than 4 hours (nobody wants to be sitting at an airport waiting for connecting flight that long). - Do not choose 2 stop connecting flights even if they are cheaper, as you will be traveling for almost 24 hours and will be completely exhausted when you arrive.

A "Direct Flight" means the same plane and flight number is going from your origin to your destination but it might stop along the way. A "Connecting Flight" means you have to change planes. YES a valid passport is required to travel to the UK with at least six months remaining before expiry. American Passport holders only require a passport. YES! An additional $97 pp will be charged to cover the costs of the trip in case of cancellation and/or a medical emergency.

The "Bring a Friend" Plus 1 Discount only applies to those who are sharing a room. Although separate beds in shared rooms can be requested, there are no guarantees they will be available, so you must be OK sharing a King Bed with the person you invited. If you do not wish to share. then the person you invited will need to register as solo traveler for the trip.

It is easy to commute between London and Paris using Eurostar, a train specifically for daily travel from London to Europe. The train ride is approximately two hours and your train tickets are included with the package.

Only the excursions listed in the package are included which are a Day Trip Eurostar Train Ticket to Paris & One Entry Ticket to UK Black Business Show. Travelers are responsible for paying for their own meals and beverages during any group dining. Hotel comes with four onsite restaurants. Rest assured London has food for all tastes and budgets and your Uber app will work should you want a delivery. You will be provided with a list of popular tour spots that you can discover in your own time. Many popular tourist excursions range from $50 to $300 depending upon the experience you desire. The same as if you visiting NY.

The UK currency is the pound sterling (£/GBP). There are 100 pence (p) to the pound (£). UK banknotes come in denominations of £5, £10, £20 and £50. All travelers must be 16 years of age or older to attend this trip.

Unfortunately things happen and although we will try to assist, we are unable to accommodate or provide refunds for missed flights or unexpected circumstances that may occur just before your trip that prevent you attending. You will have access to your travel insurance information and will need to work directly with them for real time assistance.

Most of us cannot live without our UBER app and you will be happy to know it works the same in London for rides or food.

Jet lag is a common but short-lived sleep problem you can get after traveling across more than two time zones.  For example 8PM EST in the USA is 1 AM in the UK. Jet lag can make you feel out of sorts due to an abrupt change in daylight patterns, and your body's internal clock or eating patterns. Symptoms can include exhaustion during the day, headaches and/or difficulty sleeping (insomnia) at night. As London is 5 hours ahead of the USA, your body will feel sluggish.  The key is to try and stay busy when you arrive and not to go to sleep  until that evening, so you can train your body to adjust to the new time zone.

As adults we are all responsible for our own actions and we trust that as CEOs everyone will remain courteous, respectful and professional.
